travaiai is operated by Eros Espínola González, an individual based in the United States (“travaiai”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@travaiai.com.

travaiai is a free AI trip planner. It writes suggested itineraries from the preferences you share and lets you refine them in chat. It is a planning aid only. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform: we do not sell, book, arrange or guarantee any travel, accommodation, activity or service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use travaiai. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.

Plans, suggestions and chat replies are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. They may be incomplete, out of date, inaccurate or unsuitable for you, and may describe places, prices, hours, routes or services that have changed or do not exist.

Nothing on travaiai is professional advice. It is not legal, immigration, visa, customs, medical, health, safety, financial or insurance advice. Always confirm entry and visa requirements, health and vaccination guidance, safety and travel advisories, accessibility, dietary and allergy information, prices, opening hours and availability with official sources and the provider before you book or travel. You are solely responsible for your travel decisions, documents, insurance, health and safety, and for anyone traveling with you.

Booking links take you to websites we do not own or control. Any booking or purchase you make is a contract between you and that site or provider, on their terms, prices and policies. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for their content, products, services, availability, cancellations, refunds, privacy practices or conduct. Disputes about a booking are between you and the provider.

Some booking links are partner (affiliate) links, labeled “Partner”. If you book through one, travaiai may earn a commission from the provider or network at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change what a plan recommends or the order of your days; they may decide which booking site is listed first for a search. See the cookie policy for how partner links are tracked.

You agree not to:

• get around daily limits, or use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access or copy travaiai;
• interfere with, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service or its AI, or try to make it produce content against these terms;
• submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or that contains other people’s personal data without their permission;
• resell, frame or offer travaiai as part of another service without our written permission;
• use travaiai for anything unlawful or misleading.

We may limit, suspend or block access at any time if we believe these terms are being broken.

You keep any rights you have in what you type into travaiai. You give us permission to process it to provide and protect the service, as described in the privacy policy. You may use the plans travaiai writes for you for any lawful purpose. AI output may resemble output for other people, so we cannot promise any plan is unique or free of third-party rights.

The travaiai name, logo, design, text and software belong to us and are protected by law. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely without obligation to you.

We may change, limit, pause or stop any part of travaiai at any time, with or without notice, including the daily limits and which booking sites are offered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, travaiai is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service or any plan will be accurate, complete, reliable, safe, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, travaiai and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, bookings, money, enjoyment or opportunity, or for personal injury or property damage, arising from or related to your use of travaiai, any plan or content, any third-party site or booking, or travel itself, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims relating to travaiai is limited to 50 US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless travaiai and its operator from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of travaiai or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator of travaiai resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal claim, you agree to write to hello@travaiai.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that is not resolved will be heard only by the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in its courts. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

These terms, with the privacy policy and the cookie policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about travaiai. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term, we do not waive it. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them, for example if travaiai is sold, as long as your rights are not reduced. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will make it visible on the site. Continuing to use travaiai after an update means you accept the new terms.
